Most 3G devices such as iPhone 3G/3GS use standard SIM. But iPad uses Micro Sim. Many people have reported that they successfully use standard SIM for Micro Sim device by cutting it. But be aware, you have to cut it to the very exact size.

In order to offer our customers the most satisfactory service possible, we believe that e-mail communication is best. Telephone support does not give us the proper amount of time to investigate customer questions and issues, nor to make tests if needed. Based on this, YourMacStore.com recommends contacting us via e-Mail with your support questions. We will always reply within one business day, and usually within 12 hours. Please remember that we are open from 9:30am-5pm Pacific Monday - Friday. If you have a question that is sent in after hours or on Saturday/Sunday, we will reply to it on the next business day.

Returns

Defective products & Returns

If your product is not working, please contact YourMacStore by phone or e-mail to see if we can help you with technical support. If there is no need for Tech Support or your product is defective, please see the Warranty section below.

Returnable Items: All returns must be authorized by Your Mac Store within 30 days of the item's arrival date if the item was shipped via traceable means. If it was shipped via untraceable means (Priority or International 1st Class Mail) then you have 40 days from date of shipment from the YourMacStore offices to contact YourMacStore about a return. All returns, other than for defective items, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. These fees are designed to keep our prices down, allowing us to continue to try and pass savings and good service to our customers. Some items are not eligible for returns. Please check the individual product's return policy for more information. We can only accept returns in the same condition and packaging as they were shipped -- New Factory Sealed items must still be sealed -- or else you will be charged $10.00 for a packaging fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that software products cannot be retunable, unless the media is defective.

In the unlikely event that you find that your order is missing an item or items, contact Your Mac Store Customer Support by e-Mail within 10 business days of the item's arrival date. (If item was sent via untraceable means, within 20 Business Days of item's shipping date.)

If a product is defective and you want to return it even though the manufacturer or YMS can replace it, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Prior to shipping your return, please e-mail us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your RMA. Please mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package, and ship to:

We STRONGLY recommend that you send your return fully insured, via a traceable shipping method, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or registered/Express mail. We are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected packages, nor for products that are damaged during return shipping.
YMS will pay for the shipping of the replacement, and the customer will pay for the return shipping.

Warranty Information

All products which are sold as NEW with a retail package are warranted by the manufacturer. The manufacturer warranty can be applied through both the manufacturer and YourMacStore . You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. YourMacStore offers no additional warranty. Therefore, if the manufacturer judge as out of warranty, or the manufacturer itself get out of business , YourMacStore will not offer any warranty.
YourMacStore asks that all warranty claims must be made through YourMacStore in order to better facilitate a prompt response for our customers. All products sold as DEMO products carry the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty. Products sold without a manufacturer's warranty, such as new with bulk package, refurbished items, used items, etc., are warranted by Your Mac Store for 30 days from the item's arrival date at the customer's location if the item was shipped by a traceable method (for items sent via untraceable means, the warranty ends 40 days from the invoice date). If a product is defective and you want to return it even though the manufacturer or YMS can replace it, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If it is so stated by the YourMacStore warranty, YourMacStore will repair or replace, at our option, the REFURBISHED product that contains manufacturing a defect or defects, so long as the product is returned in its original shipping material to Your Mac Store within the warranty period. This warranty is made only to the purchaser whose name appears on the original invoice, is non-transferable, and is void if resold. Service by a non-approved technician voids any Your Mac Store warranty. If Your Mac Store accepts a product for the repair of a manufacturing defect, but discovers that the problem is unrelated to a manufacturing defect, or occurred as a result of service by a non-approved technician, buyer agrees to pay YourMacStore $85.00 per hour for such repairs.

No merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA number, please e-Mail us. YourMacStore disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the merchantability and fitness of the products you have purchased for any particular purpose. YourMacStore makes no warranties that the products you have purchased are compatible with any particular software or non-YourMacStore equipment. Your Mac Store is not responsible for any damage, problem, or data loss resulting from software, hardware failure to Customer’s non-Your Mac Store equipment, when Customer installs Your Mac Store product on such equipment. Installation or service by a non-approved technician voids any and all warranties, expressed or implied. Your Mac Store shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product. If the item is defective or broken without the customer's responsibility, YMS will proceed with the warranty. If the item is a discontinued item, and/or cannot be repaired, YMS reserves the right to replace the item with a similar item.

Errors and Omissions

YourMacStore makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published in our advertisements and on our Web site. However, the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Your Mac Store makes no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Your Mac Store shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel an order that is placed at the incorrect price. Products and packaging depicted on the Web site may differ from stock available at the time of shipment. YourMacStore reserves the right to make a product substitution, using an equivalent item if necessary.

All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Customer Acknowledgment
Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale when placing an order to purchase a product from YourMacStore.

2. All Sales Made In California
All sales shall be deemed made in the State of California, USA, regardless of the location of the Customer. The Customer agrees that any dispute with YourMacStore arising out of the Customer's purchase from Your Mac Store shall be brought by the Customer exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in the State of California; and the Customer hereby agrees that such venue is appropriate and that YourMacStore's agreement to sell and deliver products to the Customer is dependent on this provision.

3. Purchase Price
(a) Prices are listed in YourMacStore's advertisements and Web site, and are subject to change without notice. Prices for certain governmental, corporate, and institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties.
(b) Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with YourMacStore's Credit Department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.
(c) Your Mac Store collects sales and use taxes for sales shipped to the State of California. Your Mac Store shall not be liable for handling or customs charges, for shipments outside the United States.

4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
(a) For U.S. customers
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Money Order or Casher's check.
Please use our online checkout system. If for some reason the system does not work, please e-Mail us, and we can arrange for payment.
(b) For non-US customers
We take Visa & Mastercard with a verified billing address, Money Order, or PayPal with a verified address.

5. Shipping Terms
For Domestic orders going UPS Ground/2nd Day/Overnight, all orders placed before 1pm Pacific will ship the same business day.  For Domestic orders going or USPS 1st Class/Priority/Express, all orders placed before 11am Pacific will ship the same business day. For International orders going via USPS 1st Class INTL/Priority INTL/EMS INTL, all orders will ship the following business day. (If your order is in by 10am Pacific on Friday, it will ship on Friday.) If we do not have the items in stock, we will let you know the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) by e-mail. The YourMacStore offices are closed on all National/Federal holidays and weekends, so any orders made on those days will ship on the next business day. YourMacStore will arrange for payment with the carrier for shipping, but such costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping, taxes, fees, import duties and all other charges.  All domestic shipments shipped via USPS will have Delivery Confirmation. If the delivery confirmation show "delivered", YourMacStore regards it as "delivered", and YourMacStore is not responsible or liable for lost or undelivered packages.
 All other domestic orders must be shipped via UPS so that they are traceable, no other means of shipping can be used than these. For any products sold that are damaged, or lost by the carrier in transit to the Customer when shipped with traceable shipping, the customer must submit a claim to YourMacStore by email within 5 business days. If an international customer selects shipping by untraceable means (Airmail & Global Priority), YourMacStore is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please check with your local post office and customs house if you had your item shipped with untraceable shipping. Untraceable Shipping is at the customer’s own risk. YourMacStore is not responsible or liable for loss or resulting damage due to a carrier's negligence. Delivery times are estimates only, and YourMacStore will not be liable for delays. Orders that are returned or refused will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

For International Customers

We ship via DHL or the United States Postal service. You can select: Express mail (EMS)/DHL express, International Priority mail, and International First Class. Express mail (EMS)/DHL Express is the only traceable method of shipping we offer. We STRONGLY recommend choosing Express mail (EMS)/DHL Express. If you choose anyother method, YourMacStore is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

6.International Orders
Currently, we can take orders from United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan. We cannot take orders from other countries because of manufacturers agreements or for security reasons.

7. Vendor License Agreements
The customer agrees to abide by all license provisions or end-user agreements imposed by the manufacturer or publisher
8. Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
(a) YourMacStore warrants that it has good title to the hardware Products that it sells, and that it has proper authority to license the software Products it distributes.
(b) YourMacStore does not warrant the performance or integrity of any Product, but merely passes through to the Customer whatever end-user warranty the manufacturers or software publishers provide with their respective Products.
(c) Your Mac Store DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of liability
YourMacStore WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY. CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS STATED IN THE MANUFACTURER'S OR PUBLISHER'S END- USER WARRANTY ACCOMPANYING THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL Your Mac Store's LIABILITY EXCEED THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR COST OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM Your Mac Store. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE INTEGRAL TO THIS ORDER. SOME STATES MAY NOT RECOGNIZE A DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES AND/OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY. CUSTOMER MAY ALSO HAVE DIFFERENT AND/OR ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

10. Returns
Product returns are subject to YourMacStore's current return policies, which are set forth on this web site, subject to any additional or lesser return rights adopted by the manufacturer or publisher.  Please see above for the YourMacStore Return policy

11. Exclusive Agreement
These Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the Customer and YourMacStore for the matters set forth herein, and shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth in YourMacStore's invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in Customers' purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like shall have no effect.

12. General
(a) These Terms of Sale and any transactions made under them shall be interpreted by and be subject to the laws of the State of California. Should any dispute arise regarding this agreement, Customer consents to jurisdiction in the State of California and agrees that venue is proper in County of Los Angeles. Customer agrees that the place of performance of this agreement is the County of Los Angeles, State of California. Further, the prevailing party in any such dispute shall be entitled to costs including attorney's fees.
(b) In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
(c) YourMacStore shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.
(d) These Terms of Sale may be modified from time to time by Your Mac Store without notice, and are current as of the date of the Web site. Please refer to the current Web site.
